"I recently moved to Colorado from Louisiana. In March, one of the agents contacted me about moving my policy over to Colorado. I figured it was time to do that. When we spoke, I was told I would need to pay for the first month ($164.91) even though I just paid for my Louisiana policy ($151.04) 8 days prior. The agent told me my NEXT bill would be lower and my normal payments after the lower bill would be $164.91. This all sounded great to me. Then I randomly received a refund of around $190. I figured "Ok, I guess that's everything leveling out and my next bill will be the $164.91". Nope. My next bill came out at $206.15. I immediately contacted the branch. The agent I spoke to had no idea why this happened so she reached out to someone else and called me back. I was told this is some sort of way their new system is correcting an error in the billing. This made no sense to me. Why would MY bill go up $41.24? I paid $315.95 in March. Received a refund for $190. There is zero reason why my bill should be $41 extra. I have a very clean driving record. I was literally told by your agent in March my NORMAL bill would be $164.91. After getting a policy elsewhere (which was way cheaper btw), I called and sent an email on May 9th, telling them to cancel my policy ASAP. It is May 14th, and my policy still shows as active. My final bill hasn't been sent. I haven't even received an official confirmation my policy has been cancelled. I'm pretty easy going, but this has been a terrible experience. Yikes. Never again."

"I have used this agency for years. Lately, another driver hit my parked car and caused damages that made my car non drivable. Grace and the rest of the team was right on the spot and went above and beyond to help me. They actually made calls and helped me find an auto repair that was taking towed cars ( none in Denver city limits.) they didn't have to do that. Most insurance's have the client do that calling. I have never once called their office and not gotten a live person, or if leaving a message, have been called back that very day.
